Test Drive Accessibility: 2 Interactive Tools for Hands-On Understanding
As we continue to celebrate Disability Celebration Month at SDSU, today we are highlighting two fun, interactive tools to learn about Accessibility.
Accessibility Maze Game
Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) has created an Accessibility game on the web, designed to help those new to web accessibility experience firsthand what it is like to encounter those barriers. The game introduces a number of common barriers players must work around, mirroring the experience of those who encounter these obstacles daily, and provides quick lessons on how to avoid or correct them.

HMRC's Virtual Empathy Hub
His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs’ (HMRC) Digital Inclusion and Accessibility Standards team have created a series of web training tasks that simulate web navigation with various disabilities. These webpages are designed to help experience the web from different perspectives and gain more understanding of accessibility issues people face.
